Privacy Policy
Effective July 8, 2026. This policy covers trustigt.com. We wrote it in plain English on purpose.
Who we are
Iron Gate Technology, Inc. is a managed IT services company at 4580 McKnight Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15237. If you have any question about this policy or about information we hold, call (412) 265-6311 or email ckunzmann@trustigt.com. You will get an answer from a person.
What we collect
Two kinds of information:
- Information you give us. If you use the contact form, we receive the name, company, email, phone number, and message you type. If you call or email us, we keep normal business records of that conversation.
- Information collected automatically. We use Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to understand how the site is used: pages viewed, links clicked, browser and device type, and approximate location based on your internet address. This uses cookies and similar identifiers.
How we use it
We use what you give us to respond to you, schedule conversations, and follow up on your inquiry. We use analytics to see which parts of the site are useful and which are not. That is the whole list.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Who touches the data
Like most businesses, we use established providers to run our operations, and some of them process data on our behalf: Cloudflare hosts this website, Google provides analytics, Microsoft runs our email and documents, and our customer database stores contact records. If you click a scheduling link, it takes you to Calendly, and anything you enter there is handled on their site under their policy.
Cookies
The cookies on this site come from the analytics described above. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the site will work fine without them.
Your choices
Ask us at any time what information we hold about you, and we will tell you. Ask us to correct it or delete it, and we will do that promptly unless we are required to keep it for legal or accounting reasons. If we ever send marketing email, every message will include a working unsubscribe.
How long we keep it
As long as it serves the purpose it was collected for: an open conversation, an active client relationship, or a record the law requires us to retain. After that, it goes.
Children
This site is for businesses and nonprofits. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Security
Protecting client information is our trade. We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to the information described here, the same discipline we sell.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date.
